 Intro: TikTok is a social media platform designed for creating, sharing and discovering 15 or 60 second long videos which people use to express themselves through lip-syncing, singing, dancing, comedy, talent and much more.

 Body: Everyone wants to show their best to the public, and this is a great popular platform for the youngsters - older people.

Tik Tok is a platform created by the Chinese Company ByteDance, and it's known as D”” Tik Tok is also known for its great LGBTQ community as many are on the for you page!

Gore Bay

On a cold, rainy Friday afternoon, we were all waiting patiently for my dad to arrive so we could leave, as he pulled up the driveway my brother and I had packed everything we would need. We packed the car and drove away. We stopped at Amberley to collect some food from countdown and kept going. When we finally arrived at 5:55pm, we ran up to the house to pick our rooms. My cousin and her fiance got the master bedroom, my brother and I got bunks and my mum shared the bedroom with us but got a single bed on the other side of the room and my dad slept on the couch. Once everything was set up we went outside, the view was so nice! There was a swing, lots of trees and a nice secret path to the beach. We were going to be there for the entire weekend. We had a bbq for dinner on the first night, we ate at about 10:00pm because we went to explore and set up. After dinner we watched Netflix and went to bed. The next day when we had all woken up and we were all ready we all jumped in the car, and drove to kaikoura to spend the day there. Once we arrived we got out of the car and walked into a cafe, I got wedge chips and an iced coffee. Once we had left we walked around for a bit and then walked over to a jewelry shop and I got a crystal. Then when we came back we went surfing but it sucked so my brother and I just bodyboarded. Then I set up my bed on the couch because I didn't like sleeping in the bunks. For dinner we went over to cheviot to get fish and chips. Later that night we ate and talked together, we then went to bed. The next morning my dad, brother and cousins boyfriend went surfing. I then woke up because of all the commotion, and got ready. After I got ready I walked my dog at the beach, then came back to go on the swing outside. I then packed up all my stuff ready to go, even though we weren't leaving for an hour, we had a bbq for breakfast. Then we left!

Sacred

Something sacred is holy, devoted to a religious ceremony, or simply worthy of awe and respect. ... Sacred is an adjective used to describe a person or thing worthy of worship or declared holy. It usually appears in a religious context, but an object or place set aside for a particular purpose can also be sacred. 

I did this because this week our virtue is Sacred. We had to find objects and draw them that we thought were sacred. This is a bible and cross, both objects are sacred for Catholics.

Turtles & how to get one:

When you are thinking about getting a turtle you will need to ask your parents because if they do not want one then you are probably not going to be allowed one. Also be prepared to have “NO” as an answer! You could ask your parents suttaly and polity, and offer to earn one or help pay. You can also say that you'll take great care of it (if you do actually take really good care of it).

Why to get a turtle:

They are dying of plastic and pollution in the oceans, so owning one one now will be a good experience, while they still exist, because you might miss your chance. It will also be a great companion and it can be your friend. They are also cheap, so it's not hard to afford one & they won't hurt you. They can also prove to your parents that you are responsible and it's a good first pet. You can bring them in the car and on road trips because they won't try to escape (just dont forget about him/her & bring food).  They also live for a very long time, sometimes even up to 25 years!

Research:

If you are going to get one you´ll need to research about them because otherwise you will have a dead turtle! You must know what they eat, drink & where they live. You will also need to know about how many other turtles they want to live with, because some turtles may want a companion or two. Talk to the buyer about where they got their turtle from, and if it had any siblings. So just try to find out about what that a turtle needs so they are happy.

How to care for a turtle:

If you have a turtle then you will need a tank that is 5 times the size of your turtle. It also needs non-chlorinated water and a 60 watt UV lamp, so it's like the sun. Add some plants and nice decorations to the tank so it looks nice. Try to do a lot of research because you will need to know a lot so your turtle doesn't die.

           My Narrative 

It was a crisp, frozen morning in an isolated cramped town when Karathon was waking up, she rose from her warm and swampy bed. She was excited today because she got to go see her friend Neopolen (like the ice-cream) she leapt out of bed onto the wooden hardboard floor “ Yay!” she sang, as her brother walked past he asked “what are you doing weirdo?” he exclaimed, she quickly hesitated before saying “ n n nothing”  He walked away rolling his dark, deep eyes with frustration but that didn’t change her mind she continued to sing her happy tune! She skipped down the stairs then tripped “ugh!” she cried with agony, my ankle it going purple! Her mum rushed up the few stairs to see what the problem was. She looked down to see her daughter’s ankle was swollen and possibly sprained! They rushed to the hospital with her screaming the whole way and her dark brown hair waving in the wind (the window was open for fresh air.) As they entered the doctor's office the doctor looked at the x-ray and said “ I have some bad news!”...
